Sure. I have more to scan. Nothing all that dynamic, but still more to go.

No. Mostly generic story pages. It'll take me a long time to scan all of my Dogs of War pages and unless you've read the comics and have a connection to that story, the pages don't evoke a lot of emotion.

If I remember correctly, that was your favorite Defiant title.

You do remember correctly. Warriors of Plasm was losing me with too much fantasy & off-worldly stuff that had no resemblance to normal physics. Dogs of War was the most grounded of all the series.

This is interesting to me. How many times have I seen Shooter criticize others for using bad science?

Bad science is only bad science if you know it's wrong. Bad science is better known as fantasy.

Regarding the Dave Berg piece of art I own.

http://www.comicartfans.com/gallerypiece.asp?piece=559718

I've figured out what the art is on the wall in the background of panel 2. It matched the image on the cover of Squa Tront #4 and it's credited to Graham Ingels. Pretty cool that I've finally figured it out.

Iggy contacted me at comicartfans.com and was interested in buying some of my Valiant color art. I thanked him for the interest and told him nothing was for sale.

He's had some great stuff in his collection, but I see him selling some of it off. I don't think he likes my opinions. LOL! He may not detest them like some do, but I still don't think he likes them.

Bob Burden's friend Roxanne was selling custom made frames with original sketch art in the frames. She's making custom frames for Bob's art in a numbered series called "Flaming Frames". I bought #19. Most of the early numbered pieces sold on Facebook through PM messages. When I get motivated, I'll pull out a tripod and aim the camera facing down to get a good picture. The piece is fully inked art. It's a stand-alone panel with word balloons and it's dated 2016. I originally left the show without buying anything. I came back and Roxanne was so happy that I bought it that she gave me a hug. Roxanne used to letter comics. She worked with and is friends with Alan Moore. She had a rough Eddie Campbell sketch framed. It is of course not part of the Flaming Frames series.

I think she's made secret message boxes with a panel of art under a clear panel in the bottom of the box. Roxanne was all excited because she'd never actually sold anything at the one day comic show where she was setup. She hugged me because I bought it. Bob said "You just made her day." All her sales have been through Facebook.

I only bought one thing at the comic show today. This was it. A rough sketch by Kebin Eastman in a frame made by Roxanne Starr. She was not setup at the show, but she was there.

Roxanne said that Alan Moore did not believe she was a real person before they started communicating. He thought that her name was a fake name used by Bob Burden. She said that in the 1963 titled comic, that her credits get a special treatment in the comic. It's supposedly a reference that Alan Moore did not believe she was a real person.
